Our herbalism workshops work with local mediterranean herbs and are guided by traditional wisdom, plant energetics, seasonal rhythms, practical preparation-making, and modern herbal therapy.
The workshops are at the same time practical and theoretical. We walk, observe, recognize, harvest carefully, or make simple preparations like teas, syrups, and oils, while sharing knowledge coming from western herbalism or ancient eastern perspectives, established modern phytotherapy, personal experiences or folk practices.
A herbal practice may be about quick remedies needed for acute on-the-spot conditions and symptoms, but most of all, herbalism is viewed as a deep practice rooted in an understanding of the body as ecocystem, and a relationship with the environment: the land and other living organisms.
In such a framework, we are welcoming participants to share their own skills and stories as well, respect the knowledge transfered, but also be curious towards the new through intuitive or traditional remake practices.
A note on participation:
These herbal workshops are a work that is guided by care, and are aiming to empower participants who respect a community setting. This is an offering and a place for thosewho value herbal therapy information shared, relational learning, and an accountabilitysteward use beyond the workshop space, and it may not be aligned with thosewho aim to extract material into other contexts as a source of building personal authority rather than a shared care.
If you are seeking personalized, plant-based support rooted in accessibility and respect for the lived experience, we can work together with medicinal herbs, nourishing foods, and simple daily practices to support the body’s natural processes.
We take time to understand what you are moving through and what support you are seeking, being a specific concern or strengthening your overall resilience.
Together, we explore plant allies that can gently strengthen, soothe, and restore balance. This may include teas, tinctures, nourishing foods, or simple daily practices that reconnect you with your own capacity to heal.
