In our Nature & Culture herbal walk, we will “travel” together through the ages and:
- Discover persons, philosophy, myths, ancient and current greek traditions related to nature
- Find out local edible and medicinal plants, identify them, and learn all about their traditional uses in food, culture, wellness
- Uncover heritage through local stories
- Gain a different view of the urban green space
- Gain awareness of the connection existing between the surrounding nature and our inner body function
- Indulge yourself with a homemade herbal refreshment !
- ..and of course… enjoy marvellous city views while walking to Upper Town: a hidden gem inside the city
